Application :
A typical cycle for hot dip coating is as follows :
1. Clean and degrease the metallic article.
2. Preheat the article in an over at 170 to 1900C for 7-12 min.
3. Dip the hot article in dip coating plastisol at the rate of 20cm/minutes.
4. After a dwell time of 30 seconds slowly withdrawn the article form the plastisol bath at the rate of 10 to 12cm / minutes.
5. Allow excess dip coating plastisol to drain off.
6. Suspend the article in the oven and cure at 180 to 2000C for 20 to 30 minutes.

To obtain a thick coating, semigle the first coat at a lower temperature of 140 to 1500C for 5 to 10 minutes, and repeat the complete cycle (steps 4 to 6)
It should be noted that thickness of coating is controlled by degree of preheating and the duration the article remaining in the dip coating plastisol tank.

Uses : Dip Coating Plastisol used for coating metallic articles like electroplating jigs, wire baskets, dish drainers, racks, ducks, gratings, rods, handles etc.
Packing : 25 Kg and 50 Kg containers.
Storage : Dip Coating Plastisol have tendency to thicken ( Increase in viscosity ) on standing and therefore should be stored in a cool and dry place.
Shelf Life : Six months under normal temperature conditions.
